That keepapp.com sale is WEEIRRDDD.

So google makes their own app called Keep (they don't need the domain, they use a subdomain like with all o their stuff) and then there is another app at keep.com. Unless it was the keep.com people just protecting their brand (on a worse domain), that sale makes little sense to me.
