By the way, they are depositing like a quarter million at a time into the escrow, its not completely paid for yet and not anticipated until late this year (I think I read).

Technically this is not a completed sale (yet) !

Yes, technically I believe the buyer can walk away, the money gets returned to the buyer and Rick keeps the domain name.

Only the escrow service would win as they keep the fees no matter what.

I am sure we will see another round of free publicity in May no matter what happens
