Mysql expert Help Please

database all screwed up.. ..table sort in MYSQL no longer works, users cant log in to site via forms etc..

first view is fine..all data is in the fields.. click to edit and all data is missing check images

when I look under "structure" I get tbl_alter.php: Missing parameter: field

Also when I hit refresh in mysql I get

import.php: Missing parameter: import_type
import.php: Missing parameter: format

..from a bit of research php.ini limit settings (seems to be most popular response) ...but i have that set really high so I dont know

Got it..wow that was weird.

All because the account was over limit.. I went into web host manager and change quota ..boom everything works
