NAS com sold $720,000
In no part of the world, you will be able to survive at $50k life long if you are in the early 20s to 50s.if i had 50K, i would retire and i wouldn't buy anything lol :D ^_^
I do not always agree with the rules here. One that stands out is that when a seller creates a thread asking for an exact dollar amount and you say ok, I agree to pay. NP doesn’t consider that binding.whoah... keith. i thought you and nP were always in disagreement. But this sale changes everything!
I can only imagine how you priced Nas at $720k... Would take all of your decades of experience, i suppose. I understand it's a 3L and pronounceable, and a recognizably used brand in multiple industries...
But I wouldn't have thought high xxx,xxx... Maybe 150k for optimism...
i feel like if i had denied xx,xxx and xxx,xxx offers. THen it would just be a huge risk to hope for 720k...
Me and my ASZ agreeI do not always agree with the rules here. One that stands out is that when a seller creates a thread asking for an exact dollar amount and you say ok, I agree to pay. NP doesn’t consider that binding.
As for NAS, the buyer got a domain that will only increase in value over time. There is lots of upside here. 3L pronounceable .com are so rare that the other one I own wouldn’t be below 7 figures.
Congratulations @Keith
