I received a decent offer($xxx) on a domain name listed at Godaddy auctions.I countered with 25% higher price but the buyer says he cannot afford it.I am considering pushing it to auction as I think the domain can get a better price than what the buyer offered. So I have few questions regarding the same.

1.Is it worth? Please share your experiences.

2.What is the best day&time to end the auction?

3.Best way to promote the auction.Godaddy auction upgrade/Domainshane/Namebio/others

Thanks in advance!

I read somewhere that wednesday is the best day to end an auction on. It had stats from several marketplaces which showed that auctions ended at highest prices on wednesday

I read Sunday is also good.

I've pushed several domains to auction on both Sedo & GoDaddy, and the original buyer walked away, even though there were no other bids, and their original bid won the auction. YMMV.

If it's a decent offer. I'd take it and move on.
