There are no advantages of regging a .co because the visitors will go to the .com instead and if you have the .com, there's still no advantage of getting the .co because of the first statement.

still better to use a .co than a .ventures though :red:
I do not agree with the first post and the handclapping AT ALL.
Do know that if the .com is not available => .co is the best alternative.
It will take maybe a year or some years before .co is very well-known as alternative, but DO KNOW that it is SHORTER then .COM, and ALSO GOOGLE PUBLISHED .CO as 1 of the extentions they consider as a GTLD and considerred as important (although strictly speaking it's a ccTLD).
And .... consider => the registry of some 50 new extentions extentions now (and many to come) is......"www.donuts.co" YES donuts.co and not donuts.com !
More important => they didn't even bother to buy donuts.com, which is parked and for sale, but PREFERRED THE .CO !!
Then why aren't you causalnames.co?

The main advantage is if you cannot afford the .com with the keywords you need. There are no advantages of regging a .co because the visitors will go to the .com...
I don't know what sense you mean that in.Donuts is not a credible company.
If you can raise 2% of that, I would say you're credible.
I don't know anyThat doesn't mean you cannot have a serious venture on the .co.
nope. you miss him just a little, right? You only really need the .com for a serious venture. That doesn't mean you cannot have a serious venture on the .co.
Anyone know why Cool.Venutures had their account closed?
