Well I checked the term "notebook" in the uspto site and appears as a trademark, althogh isn't a domain the trademark I'm talking about my guess is that the same It breaks the rights, what do you think? I ask you because I'm not sure if there are trademark issues only when it comes to a trademarked domain of this any trademark is involved

Well, appears as a trademark, but not as domain so I'm not sure, I hope someone could clarify it, so my doubt is if It's a tramark but not domain if apply to be an infringement
