I'd definitely go for GiftedDomains advice and try to purchase the .com first. Many people aren't getting any offers on Sedo, and they might be desperate enough to sell for that much. The .com would be 10x more valuable.

As for the .net value, given the domain age and keyword combination, I'd say low $xxx.
