When you say "Real Authors", do you mean the authors are actually logging onto your site and uploading these articles, or are you grabbing them from other sites somehow?

Its hard to explain.What I see is less clicks but also there is less traffic from January 2011.
Anyway, the only what really must be done is link building for this directory.
Second this directory must go to USA IP and hosting.
I guess then it will be at least PR3 and google then give traffic back.
This is small investment for good future and money back.
