Problem installing script

some problems, im trying to install a webhost script ( http://www.myidealscript.com/products/webhost_free.html // http://www.hotscripts.com/Detailed/13702.html) at my server.

I uploaded these file to /cgi-bin/

admin.cgi
cgi-lib.txt
config.txt
manager.cgi
signup.cgi

but i got this message : http://www.cranky.biz/cgi-bin/manager.cgi

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

chmod

did u have perl settings all right? most of the time that's the case. also check ur chmod permissions.

also if u want i can install it for u.

I have no idea, never used perl and so on...

Can u help me mabye? If i send you my login to my cpanel?

Path to PERL /usr/bin/perl

dont know where to put this

Sound like a permissions problem
Check the pemissions to the files

Did you upload the CGI in ASCI or Binary or did you use GZIP ?

when u try to upload the file check to see when u r transferring, if it is in binary or asci. most modern ftp transfer tools have it.:]

CGI and Perl have to be uploaded in ASCI if I remember correctly (Rarely use Perl/CGI Anymore)
