It's Tuesday and that means a new weekly domain name sales report is out at Domain Name Journal!

.Com opens the New Year on a strong note with eight of the Top Ten domains but .Info continues to make inroads. The new extension has one of the top 3 sales on the main chart and just missed a complete sweep of the New TLD chart (only a four-figure .US sale interrupted the .info party).

Interesting. These names would appraise for no higher than a couple hundred dollars here at NP.

It probably wouldn't be worth so much to those who don't need it, but as the above post mentioned, if the domain "found" its final user, then it could mean the most to them and they'd be willing to pay for it accordingly.
