JRBHosting said:Wow...I visited them because of the 75 cent .info special, and I registered a .info. This was last night. I was billed, and it isnt in my account. I called them, couldnt get a person.
JRBHosting said:I called ICANN regarding them, and I am visiting their offices this week. I already have a nasty letter all written out; will post that later today. Any ideas on what I should say when I am there?

When you are finished with that and it says domains are being registered, have a look in your shopping cart. Most of the time it will still contain your order. Now go through with the order a second time and this time your account will contain the credit from before and the registration should go through..
At least that is my experience.

I use RF more than any other.
I like their $7.99 dotcom discounts.
Customer service has always been good when I needed them.

Similar experience: I reg'd a domain at RegFly on 1/1, searched for a list of names today (1/4) and saw it was still showing as available. As of this moment, there is still no information in whois, and somebody else could probably reg it now.Shobhit said:Worst Registrar ever.
I ordered registration of two domain registration. I completed every step and they even charged me and sent the confirmation mail.
I got the domains in my account. But even after more then 3 days domain names are still unaccessible. When I checked the whois for these domain names they are marked as ungistered! :O
I tried to contact them via live chat and support ticket, but no response from there end so far.
Absolutly the worst host ever.
