LoginGuard.net is online since September 2010 and has one product: The Photo-Password!

The Photo-Password! is a login system that prevents password theft (phishing, network sniffing), at the same time - also providing a very good bot/human verification, from quite a bit different perspective than CAPTCHA.

As inventor of the Photo-Password! and owner of loginguard.net, I am selling the website along with the product.
Purchasing the website entitles the buyer to become owner of the domain name, the product and the name of the product, use/modify the product code and/or name, and sell/use it under his license.
As a buyer, you will not allow your customers to resell the product (you will sell it encrypted or use a code (PHP) license manager), or, at least, put a disclaimer stating that the product is property of the company that it was purchased from (which is you) and that the user license prohibits reselling, so none of your customers would be allowed to resell the product.

You will, of course, receive the source code - which is very modular.
