Heck, anyone can send traffic to any site in any time frame.
What you should tell us in your review is:
How long those visitors were at your site.
How many stuck around and visited other pages on your site.
Did any buy anything from your site.

I only used the untargeted traffic package and didn't expect 'purchasing' hits to my site; and therefore didn't check the exact timing statistics for the traffic.
Sorry if this disapoints you; but for what it costs to get targetted traffic it's worth a try. You don't have a lot to loose.
