The design is unique and very clean, also has a bunch of unique content I've written. The website is SEO optimized, and the focus keyword of every article is considered easy to rank for, with 1k+ monthly search volume.
It has a nice backlink profile, I've contacted tons of website owners and done a diverse link building, the site has 30DR&16 DA atm.
Websites in this niche make A LOT of money, just need to get more links & post more content and you're good to go.
Yes, the website has no revenue at the moment nor traffic ( a few a week from Google search ) but in my opinion, the design, the links and the articles worth the amount.
