Any thoughts on what this premium name in a .net is worth? I know .com would be the best, but would .net or .in be second best for anyone with expertise in buying and selling in the Indian domain name space?

It is not worth anything simply because it is unpronounceable along with the fact that you pointed out that it is not .com. If you know .com would be better, why seek the counsel of mediocrity at its worst.

Regarding the name being pronounceable, Shivaji is probably the most noted king in the history of India. That is why I tailored the question primarily for those who study the Indian domain name market.
