Even $8.95, IMHO. Not $35.00 (NSI or Register.com Reg. fee's).
Regardless, I believe it to be a "Reg. fee+" domain name ... and there is a cool development potential which, in time, could yield even higher valuations, as I see it.
So far, it looks like a "go" ... but it's your money we're spending here in this scenario. Be wise.
