What was there? Tofu turkey. It was like eating cardboard, except cardboard has more flavor.

I'm surprised that no one talks about soup, yes I said SOUP. And I'm not talking about that crappy packed or tinned soup you buy at the supermarket. Doesn't anyone eat real soup made from fresh vegetables and other fresh ingredients in America. It's about the healthiest thing you can eat and no one talks about it?

Caramba, Sacré Bleu, Mamma Mia, Gosh, Holy Macaroni, Cor Blimey! You guys are in real need of spending a few months in Madeira to learn how to eat good healthy meals, that ALWAYS includes Soup as your first plate, followed by the 2nd plate and then a 3rd plate of fruit or desert.

In fact some soups are so good that you don't even need a second plate.... you just go directly to the 3rd plate

Really had turkey bacon!
Wife had bought a pound as it was on sale for 99 cents.
Not bad, but not there yet as compared to real bacon.

Got 98% of everything packed and ready to go for the morning.
Right now, spitting snow and cold.
Hope the roads are good in the morning.
Expect to leave 430 to 530 am.

My thought of the day is that this thread should have a PR of 8 but the rest of the forum should be unranked... unless Johname has approved the post or ET has contributed some Google Magix. A couple of other exceptions here or there...

You are right now that you put it that way, but everytime I come here, which by the way is alot since I found NP's, it just irks me that up in the corner of my screen it always has a big fat 0. Then I'll be surfing some junk page some where in the black hole of the universe and it will have a green bar with a 6. And the content is total garbage. Well I'm sure I'm singing to the choir here, so I'll stop. Thank you.

my stews are kinda from scratch, it was ever I have extra and or lots of or almost going bad...hate the smell of bad potatoes..
