Ronny, you quoted a post from a few years ago I think... Many people in China are looking for numeric domains, even if it may seem crazy to westerners. 41186.com sold for $16,000 this year to a Chinese purchaser.

Chinese are notorious for using NNNN and NNLL and LLNN for their websites This trend will continue higher for the price of NNNN s as the chinese population will get online more. India is another country that I 've noticed they prefer numbers for their websites to letters. Also let me add that certain nations are extremely superstitious to numbers so for example do your research before buying numbers since certain numbers are not good in the Chinese culture.

I've been getting quite a few offers lately for all numbers domains (NNNN dot com & dot net as well as NNNNN.com). Most of these offers are via the Chinese 4.cn platform.

I've sold two NNNNN.com in the last few weeks. One for $300 and another for $450. I'll probably hold out for more going forward.

In addition, I have sold a few NNNN.nets there as well in 2014, all of them over $225 each. Again, I will probably hold out for more in the future as the prices for all numerics continue to climb, at least outside of U.S. wholesale marketplaces.
