I am unfamiliar with the term "IMHO".
Can anyone explain this to me?

"In My Humble (Honest) Opinion" ... you'll see me (and others) stating this after my appraisal amounts, thoughts in the Appraisal's Forum.
Afterall, they are opinions ... and they do matter!

Just a small addition, but if you ever need to look-up the meaning of another acronym, use AcronymFinder.
