Do you have any picture, what kind of website you would build on the domain? I don't think undeveloped domain doesn't have high value.

I suppose "lazy" is not as commercial as "haul" (or not at least until cure for laziness is invented) and not a verb, but it is fairly short and generic. Anybody else?
