What is the best way to make money on domains?

May be it's better to start your own listing/appraisal service ?

or

Is it better to simply sell domains you own ?

Or may be I should resell domain registrations ?

I'm interestred in making over $5,000 per month

I don't know the magic formula but I dont see why you couldn't have a site to provide all the services above which you mentioned.
