Which Organization maintains the domain names for this World?

I think you are going to need to elaborate on your question. I am not quite sure what you are looking for. Are you asking who the registries are for each domain extension? Are you looking for the organization that owns a specific domain? Are you looking for a company that manages your domains for you so you don't have to? I am kind of scratching my head on this one.

Godaddy is by far the biggest Registrar.

Network Information Center (NIC) holds all of the domains registered. But to register them you need to use a registrar such as GoDaddy.
