tld-list and domcomp are even my goto sites while hunting for better deals but several times I have found better deals offered on NP or elsewhere. For example, currently Epik is offering $7.49 dotcom transfer but you wont find it in the above mentioned tracker sites.

PS - Let me know if any of you folks find a better deal for dotcom transfer. Thanks.

Because they takes it from the poor (from outside of Europe citizen) and gives it to the rich (to Europe Citizen). They can't be global company.
