Why would these odd domain names to registered?

Looking at some of domains registered, I came across some odd ones?

Why would these be registered? There were lot of other domains, I picked just a few to understand.

Is there a particular purpose for each of these domains?

0-6baby.com
0-123.com
0001effuse.com
000lll.com
001e0p4.com

even more surprising, a .info : 09tz.info

and another really surprising .info! : 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1.info <--- why would anyone reg this, that too a .info!!!

This gets more confusing! 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1.info is parked at sedo but .com is available!!!???

Throwaway domains are used a lot for spamming purposes, with a shelf life of just a few days. It's one possible reason.
