I believe that President Biden was right when he said that Russia is going to Invade Ukraine.

Any intelligent person is going to come to the same conclusion knowing that Russia has already decided to pay any price imposed on it by the West through sanctions.

Short of full military confrontation by the West there is nothing that can make Russia to change its mind as they see this as a golden opportunity to resurrect the once powerful superpower that was equal to the USA.

But Russia’s ambitions are not going to stop with taking over Ukraine since it already has made plans to increase its sphere of influence to Asia, Middle East, and South America and perhaps the whole World knowing that the West is most likely not going to do anything beyond just imposing sanctions which ultimately will hurt the West itself by effecting the Global economy in an adverse way the longer that they go on.

I personally don’t like any of the old ideologies, philosophies, and doctrines of Capitalism, Communism, Socialism, Religious Fundamentalism and all the other “ism” that are derived from the bad human characteristics of Greed, Lust, Hate, Cruelty, Jealousy, Prejudice, and lack of Empathy and that have been infringing on our rights in one way or another throughout the history because they can only exist through supporting inequality, oppression, suppression, torture, killing, and War.

When it comes to saving the World the last thing that I want to see is the further expansion of these old systems that have all already proven to be a failure in dealing with the existential problems that are currently facing Humanity and the Environment.

We don’t want all these political, Religious, and Racial parties and groups to resurrect their past, we want something new that can propel the World into the next Era that is based on the Universal Principles and Values that have been derived through Logic and Compassion and not through Force and Violence.

By “We” I mean all the Intelligent, Righteous, and Peace loving people of the World.

IMO

Big American bucks going to Ukraine.. Not sure if the EU ever got close to that?!🤔

Biden seeks $33 billion for Ukraine, a massive jump in funding

https://www.reuters.com/world/biden-looks-congress-oligarchs-more-cash-help-ukraine-2022-04-28/

Seeking and getting are different things. Congress will make up all types of rules of how it can be used, probably add some provisions that others will not want to vote for.

I'll be surprised if Ukraine gets the money this year.

The biggest problem I currently see, people are underestimating Putin , on a large level IMO, to include Joe Biden , Joe Biden says today, this via Yahoo , Putin saying he will Nuke is irresponsible . Irresponsible ? Putin saying he will Nuke , to include the West is far more than irresponsible IMO , It’s a direct threat to the whole world! IMO

So in essence , Biden’s comment about what Putin said is equal to him swatting at a fly IMO

If all of this continues to escalate, the underestimating of Russias Nuclear capabilities may be the famous last words of a bunch of fools.

Meanwhile , Via Yahoo , NATO tells the West to prepare for war with Russia , if NATO means a conventional war , NATO is way off IMO , no one aside from Putin and his regime knows exactly what Russias nuclear capabilities are, intelligence gives countries a decent amount of intelligence, but there is no way to Know exactly .

Well, I guess we have all been warned...LOL. In less than 3 months this little clown has gone from a world leader to a world pariah.

Russia think they are a roaring lion when really they a barking Chihuahua.

Biden’s just asked for $33 billion and when you combine that what America as already gave Ukraine, it's about equal to Russia’s whole defence budget.

The Russian military is a mess, the only thing they have is their nukes to try and intimidate, but even that’s not working.

Putin is probably sh*tt*ng his pants. He'll resort to tactical nukes IMO, best to prep (ie. iodine tabs).

Here's a site that simulates the impact of potential nuclear strike(s): https://nuclearsecrecy.com/nukemap/

I'm afraid this is the path the world is on.

I've refrained from posting about this (nuclear exchange), but everyday it comes closer to being a reality. There are lots of simulators out there and I've asked permission to post a link to one but have not been give the go ahead yet. The video below was produced by Princeton and shows one scenario of likely events.

***************

SGS [science and global security] developed a new simulation for a plausible escalating war between the United States and Russia using realistic nuclear force postures, targets and fatality estimates. It is estimated that there would be more than 90 million people dead and injured within the first few hours of the conflict.

This project is motivated by the need to highlight the potentially catastrophic consequences of current US and Russian nuclear war plans. The risk of nuclear war has increased dramatically in the past two years as the United States and Russia have abandoned long-standing nuclear arms control treaties, started to develop new kinds of nuclear weapons and expanded the circumstances in which they might use nuclear weapons.

This four-minute audio-visual piece is based on independent assessments of current U.S. and Russian force postures, nuclear war plans, and nuclear weapons targets. It uses extensive data sets of the nuclear weapons currently deployed, weapon yields, and possible targets for particular weapons, as well as the order of battle estimating which weapons go to which targets in which order in which phase of the war to show the evolution of the nuclear conflict from tactical, to strategic to city-targeting phases.

The resulting immediate fatalities and casualties that would occur in each phase of the conflict are determined using data from NUKEMAP. All fatality estimates are limited to acute deaths from nuclear explosions and would be significantly increased by deaths occurring from nuclear fallout and other long-term effects. The simulation was developed by Alex Wellerstein, Tamara Patton, Moritz Kütt, and Alex Glaser with assistance from Bruce Blair, Sharon Weiner, and Zia Mian. The sound is by Jeff Snyder.

I don't think it is, Putin can end whats happening in Ukraine right now with nukes, he's not, whilst brutal and barbaric he's doing things the hard way, that says to me he's not totally lost his mind.

Same with chemical weapons, he's been warned against that, whilst there's been reports of chemical weapons being used, they've not been used these on a large scale.

Putin's a man who was terrified of covid (ie scared of death), still is looking at the size of his table, for all his macho image he's tried to create for himself, he's a coward who would run a mile if he was fighting in Ukraine himself - He doesn't want nuclear war and neither do people around him, western powers don't seem too concerned about these threats put it that way.

Russia would be finished both by the war itself and for people that survive afterwards, they would not allow Russian culture/ideologies to ever exist again.

For the sake of Earth and humanity, I hope you are correct.

Just in case he can not cope with being disrespected by the world (and a significant number of citizens in his own country) and lashes out like most megalomaniacs do when reduced to nothingness, I have spent the last couple of weeks moving my center of life operations 35 miles from a major city I live near (it is in the top ten cities on the Russian hit list for nukes).

Truth be told, I've been wanting to relocate those offices for a while...the little p*ss ant simply expedited the process.

....and Luxembourg becomes the new world power and everyone starts speaking german. lol. Seriously, when Russia and The USA destroy each other i wonder which country will rise as the new 1st world power or will it be a world ran government? hmmm Will they still use USA soil like for the UN? Although with nuclear winter they probably will be equatorically based. Brazil, maybe. hmmm.

If a very limited exchange happens, in the long run, little will change (just a few cities will be abandoned for a while). But if it becomes out of control and automated systems and responses kick in, the vast majority of humans that survive the initial blasts will wish they had not.

The video below is a pretty accurate take should a larger nuclear exchange happen.

It would be brutal , I don’t believe the world will be destroyed by nuclear war , so the simulated video you posted is pretty accurate as to what I think would happen , I believe that could easily happen at this time .

Donald Trump Jr's recent tweet on Biden's $33 billion package to Ukraine:-

"Hard pass. How about we use it to help Americans in need? Or to perhaps secure our border? Maybe get our energy sector going again? Education? No, instead we’ll give it to one of the most corrupt countries in the world, where I’m sure most will be looted by corrupt politicians,"

Here's another one:-

If he's saying that, can tell his father thinks that too - If his father was still in the White House, I think it's quite evident Putin would have got away with all this, Trump would have been there spouting off how Ukraine is corrupt and deserved it and many Americans would have sadly believed it.

Totally agree. There you can see the moral level and values that little Trump has. Same as his father. Not even an inch of Humanity for what's happening right now in Ukraine.
