I believe that President Biden was right when he said that Russia is going to Invade Ukraine.

Any intelligent person is going to come to the same conclusion knowing that Russia has already decided to pay any price imposed on it by the West through sanctions.

Short of full military confrontation by the West there is nothing that can make Russia to change its mind as they see this as a golden opportunity to resurrect the once powerful superpower that was equal to the USA.

But Russia’s ambitions are not going to stop with taking over Ukraine since it already has made plans to increase its sphere of influence to Asia, Middle East, and South America and perhaps the whole World knowing that the West is most likely not going to do anything beyond just imposing sanctions which ultimately will hurt the West itself by effecting the Global economy in an adverse way the longer that they go on.

I personally don’t like any of the old ideologies, philosophies, and doctrines of Capitalism, Communism, Socialism, Religious Fundamentalism and all the other “ism” that are derived from the bad human characteristics of Greed, Lust, Hate, Cruelty, Jealousy, Prejudice, and lack of Empathy and that have been infringing on our rights in one way or another throughout the history because they can only exist through supporting inequality, oppression, suppression, torture, killing, and War.

When it comes to saving the World the last thing that I want to see is the further expansion of these old systems that have all already proven to be a failure in dealing with the existential problems that are currently facing Humanity and the Environment.

We don’t want all these political, Religious, and Racial parties and groups to resurrect their past, we want something new that can propel the World into the next Era that is based on the Universal Principles and Values that have been derived through Logic and Compassion and not through Force and Violence.

By “We” I mean all the Intelligent, Righteous, and Peace loving people of the World.

The oh so good relationship the US has with Russia. Who are you kidding. The us definitely doesn't have had a good relationship with Russia for the past few decades.

But the people did. Russian people were admiring Americans for the last several decades. And now the passion has gone and possibly through the point of no return.

Russians: This is a Russian warship. I propose you lay down arms and surrender to avoid bloodshed & unnecessary victims. Otherwise, you’ll be bombed.

Ukrainians: Russian warship, go fuck yourself.

They were all killed

"they were all killed" ?

Please do not post unconfirmed info so lightly, thx

And while Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy himself had confirmed late Thursday that the guards had “died heroically” defending the island, the guards are alive and have been taken prisoner by Russian forces.

No matter the outcome, Putin already lost.

Putin is clearly going all-in. He is currently completely trapped by his own decisions and if he will lose, he will lose it all, probably even his life at some point, so the stakes are very high if not highest possible.

Hopefully we will not get nuked at some point as a side effect of what is called WW-3 by some heads.

Exactly.
I actually was to going to correct myself.
Thanks!

News slow to travel there and the need to capture PR; is important for both sides.
Am i happy they were captured? No.
But elated, they survived! apparently, POWs

Why is 40 mile Russian convoy goin to Kyiv?
Still consider this a “peace mission”? 🤣
Careful, Russia might block NP

They already blocked Twitter, Facebook etc.
Trying to control the narrative… and failing.

I consider this the “best” source;
Even now; news is traveling slow…
I only expect the casualties to go up…

More diplomatic talks are scheduled for tomorrow (Wednesday) between Russian and Ukrainian delegations.

Those talks need to address all the civilian casualties in the recent days specially as a huge Russian convoy is now inside Ukraine and is headed towards some of the major cities which is going to increase the chances of having those kind of casualties by many folds.

Russia is targetting the criminal regime installed via orange terror in 2014, bioweapons, organ harvesting, human/drug trafficking, money laundering, etc. Ukrainian army is not fighting. Nazis are using people as human shield, and they may kill their own people and blame Russians. Also there may be a shortage of food and water soon.
So good Ukrainians need to help Russia in removing those Nazis from power.

190,000 soldiers.
Or 150,000…
Sorry, i’m seeing conflicting reports there.
Unanimous agreement is 100,000+ russians

Either way,.. that’s a lot of death.. either side.
The crazy part; nuclear warfare’d be worse.

Last i read;
80% of the Russian army has entered Ukraine;
the invasion has stalled, clearly, but be damned if I count out the Russians. not rooting for them

Russia doesn't, Putin does. IMO it's his version of invoking Russian nationalism for some %&#@ manifest destiny.

China is ready to mediate a ceasefire

Why does China still have an “alternative” policy? According to analysts, Beijing wants to use its relationship with the Kremlin to play the role of world peacemaker.

We pray 🙏

China is properly worried about their global market. If the World economy collapses they will lose billions of dollars in new exports and all the loans that they have already made to other Countries.

Nevertheless China is the only power that Russia might listen to at this point so I hope they are successful in mediating peace.

But if China is going to do anything they need to do it fast because despite of some of the news channels reporting that the huge Russian convoy is somehow stalled on the road, but I believe that they are stopping there on purpose because they are getting ready to start a massive bombardment and missile attack on the City and they don't want their soldiers to be there yet.

No one can sit on the sidelines anymore,

You have to choose

Are you going to be All In For War!

or

Are you going to be All In For Peace!

Let's make this last chance for diplomacy work tomorrow before all hell breaks loose.

Full scale war - from what I read: currently 100k troops entered Ukraine while 200k are still standing at the border so Russia could triple its forces.

Hello from Moscow.
This thread seems to me strange because of mixing of ideas.
Everybody want have a peace in their lives, absolutely, everywere. 100% agree.
Everybody must have a peace in their lives, absolutely, everywere. 100% agree.

So, why today we have a discussions about possibility for WWIII?
My answer: because peoples fogot what a WAR is.
WW I and WW II was at our land, in our homes, and we do not forget, we remember. And we do not want repeat those desaster.
But. We know the price paid for our today freedom and independence and we are ready to protect it.
Please, everybody, welcome to Russia for tourism, look around, enjoy your vacations!
Or welcome for legal business! We really rich country with very wide possibilities.
Look at Globe. All ex-USSR counries like a border from West and South around us.
Soviet Union not exist more 30 years! It's a history. And today is no sense to build it back.

We have enought lands, resorces, money and ideas for normal living and progress together with World, whole World. In Peace.

But, if somebody wants to keep armed gun in front of our face - we do not accept such offer.

Politic games always dirty, everywere. But even in a dirty game you should follow some rules.
We a ready to sign "sefety red lines". Safety for all countries. And agreements projects have been sent to USA and NATO in December 2021, but answers... is "bla-bla-bla".

So, our next (last?) try, letter by Mr.Sergey Lavrov:
https://www.mid.ru/ru/foreign_policy/news/1796679/?lang=en

We will see.

Of cause, all above is my private opinion only.
Bless You and Your families.

I have never had any bad experiences with Russians or Ukrainian
people generally tend to be nice and friendly
all people

but right now Putin is threatening any country that supports Ukraine
to face maximum response which is understood as nuclear attacks

that's why we talk about WWIII

only SouthAfrica, Serbia, India, China and United Arabia
is NOT supporting Ukraine

every other country in the world is upset and angry with Putin's behavior

I do support Ukraine
I want the attacks to be stopped right now
people are dying

Putin is not after Ukraine, only a hand full of people within it , 70% of Ukraine supports Russia , they are born Russians . Putin is not looking to kill his own people at all..

You will see as more unfolds .

This won’t end until the complete agenda is accomplished , if not accomplished , I expect nukes balls to the walls , people make choices , perhaps this is the last chance to make the right one.

I think you are mistaken

Putin is not only after Ukraine but seems to have started quite another plan
that's why nearly the whole world want to stop him

>>70% of Ukraine supports Russia<<

not at all. You are a victim of Putin's propaganda

Putin once said that russians are not interested in the future world without powerful Russia, maybe that's one of the reasons he has started to prepare nukes after all.

And you guys are keeping on discussing relatively insignificant things.

Everyone seems to ignore the fact that you can not win this war just with words alone.

Even coming up with more sanctions and sending weapons and supplies is not enough at this time when a smaller Country like Ukraine has to stand against a much larger force which does not care about having casualties in their ranks nor does it care about inflicting casualties on the civilian populations. Any military expert will tell you that at the end the larger force will have the advantage in this situation.

NATO either has to get involved directly and come to Ukrainians defense on the ground or has to make some compromises and find a way to meet Russia's security demands in a way that is compatible to the realities of the situation.

We also should not forget that in the global politics there are no friendships, it's only one's interests that rules the day. NATO might be using Ukraine to diminish Russia as a World power with no regards as to what happens to the Ukrainian people at the end.
