I have several sites that I don't have time to manage so I'm going to start selling them.

Domain was registered in 25th September 2007 so it's a aged domain and good if you want to invest in this niche.
In the past I've received offers only for domain.
Site has a logo and a unique design and it's working. Consider no revenue and no visits (I think it has 2 / 3 per day) but you can consider on your offer no visits. In the past he had many visits but with some server problems he lost almost all.
I will also give PSD file of design. It also has a one page admin but very basic.
