Realtor is TM, owned by the NAR. He can use it in his domain name... As long as he is a member of the NAR. Check out realtor.org for more info.

I also own a realtor domain name and have been in contact with the NAR (they reached out to me). I was told that I could use it myself as long as I only targetted members of the NAR and not other real estate agents. So kind of funny that he, as a member of NAR, would not be able to.

Not bad, though the domain may be hard to sell since they aren't really any potential end users (businesses). Having the exact-match SacketsHarbor.com would've been better IMO.

Sackets makes for a viral brand, Sackets\Harbor does not and is totally restrictive.

Do not suppose that EMD's and Brand names are alike - they are not.

ShopModular is not bad at all. It can be used by a company manufacturing/selling modular homes. Though, not having "homes" in the domain name could make it less appealing to a potential end-user.

Regarding the 3-word domain 'TheCheeseCompany.com', thanks for feedback! This is why I listed it first among the list. I can definitely get the domain sold in a matter of weeks doing outboud marketing. But, would rather wait for the right buyer to approach.

BTW, will be reporting a 3-word domain sale soon. Still in process...

Modular is not limited homes. Phones, computers, UAVs etc.

I have no issues with 3 word domains if they absolutely make sense. Good luck with the sale.

Yeah it's called sackets harbor new york. I grew up close to there and lived there half my life.
Plenty of people with deep pockets there with summer homes and entertainment. that and its near battle grounds
