I was wondering the same thing, what's the risk in that name? Nothing trademark related.

maybe I am just paranoid but I think it could be considered a sort of typo of ROLEX.
As I said I can be completely wrong but I would just double check what their policy is and has been.
Normally such brands have an army of overpaid lawyers to protect their name.

I would have to agree. I would stay away from that kind of names. Because you can. Just buy the next name on your list. It's not a must-have name by any means so I would just leave it alone.
