Watch the first episode of Survivor and decide who you think will be the winner
of this season's show. I will be giving to the winner of this contest 500 NP$.
There is a limit to the number of entrants since each NPer can only have 1 pick.
You must be the first to post the name of the Survivor contestant and no one else
can choose the same after. You must post your choice after I've made my pick (in
an attempt to win my own NP$ back :P).
I will post my pick sometime between 18-24 hours after the time of this post.

I thought for sure Caroline would win.

The yahoo executive made it to the next season because of all the crying. She now has zero chance because she told everyone she was a millionaire. No one wants to give a million to someone that already has one.

Boy, oh boy, finally this one is over. It was honestly often painful to watch this batch of survivors and Mike definitely deserved to take it. So much for Season 30, good riddance to them all.

The new cast, as with most of you, has quite the number of people I cannot recollect, even from recent seasons. There are some interesting faces to return (like Spencer, Vytas, even Andrew Savage) but most are just fillers imho. Boy, I remember how whiney Peh-gee (PG) was, hopefully I won't be seeing much from her.

What about Monica Culpepper? She returning? Never even seen her in the picks, her husband was there but he didn't make it also...

If she was inspired by Survivor she would have spent the first 2 hrs looking for an idol. She probably watched Survivorman

Yeah, but nowhere does it mention Survivor as the actual show. By the sounds of it she was either in cahoots with Bear Grylls or had flashbacks from "Naked and Afraid" :D

Yeah I saw an interview with her and she mentions the follow the river down stream tip both Bear and Survivorman say.

I was hoping she was looking for idols or hoping Jeff would come out from no where with a food reward.

I think Survivorman is unique in that he doesn't have a camera men. If you ever watch the trailers or specials you will see that when he films himself walking into the distance... he has to come back and pick the camera up. A couple of times he said "They can come and pick this up this time..." when its the last day.

I'm not sure what I would do... other than follow the river, I guess..
