You may have to use a different credit card. This happened to me and I was able to snag up two domains with the 99DOMAIN code.

What I suggest is buy a $2 gift card and send to an email. Then create a new account with that email and use the gift card to register a domain at $1.19.
Buy a lot of gift card for each email and then you will have a lot of domain for $1.19....no to be worry abt paypal/credit card. :D

forget it now,it's not working anymore now,I think GD already closed the offer,I just try reg a .com with new account and new card,and it didn't work anymore
but I hope christmas they'll do this again :D
