4.cn charged me 400 Euro for a listing

I placed a domain for sale at 4.cn for 5999 euro. The listing was for 30 days. The domain did not sale and after that period i saw i was charged 400 euro for that listing.
I did not expect that charge. Any recommendations, ideas on what to do?
Highest listing charge i've seen - Sedo charges 59 euro/usd

You preferred "hot sales" and they charged 400 € imo.

1% of the Listing Price (minimum 400 RMB) will be hold as deposits, which will be deducted as listing fees if the domain is not sold in a month
