I have sold some domains .biz since the end of 2016 till now with very good price, low $xxxx and by the way, I have some nice names like jean.biz, league.biz, flip.biz, smile.biz, ham.biz.... there will be something in the future for .biz, especially for strong power words.

I have never had 1 inquiry on any of my 100+ BIZ domains, and I've had some pretty good dictionary ones. I've mostly dropped them all in the last year apart from about a dozen short (xx, xxx, xxxx) domains, and a few more for brand protection purposes. For me BIZ is as dead as the Dodo. I would say this extension is as bad an investment as .WS. At least I've had 1 inquiry for one of my 100+ .WS domains (which was agreed but never completed). Also my .WS domains mostly dropped too now. I'm trying to get to ZERO with both extensions within the next year. Let somebody else enjoy the hollow expectations.

I can't think of any reasons to buy a .biz domain to set up a business. If you can't afford a better extension, then from the start, you are looking like a cheap charlie. I think the prices of some the .biz domains listed here are incredulous. I haven't been able to sell any dictionary .biz domains for !@#$. I've bought a few sub-$100 dictionary .biz domains, most of which I simply dropped. It's a !@#$ market. Maybe .biz doesn't suit my business model.

Still I understand it would be hard to tell.. but lets say a short .biz name that makes sense to a business, that are not very premium, like car.biz, but has something like 10-100k monthly searches.
