I bought 2 domains I want to develop, but if I can sell them it's cool too.

What I do like about those is that they have a creative use.
Like booked.by/name or streaming.as/brand

Please tell me what do you think about them.

These TLDs are not popular, at least not outside their respective territories. They can be developed but have no resale value as-is.

If you are new in this business, your only choice is .com. Please also note that almost all good .com's are gone, so you have to be very very careful before you start spending money on them.
