question Brand New Outreach Strategy for local domains

Hey guys!

I just had this idea! But maybe it's stupid.

If I suggest on Google My Business my domain as a local business website, I am doing something illegal?

I don't know if you know, but everyone can suggest this on any Google my Business account.

Example:
1) I have domain nameX.com
2) I found a company "Name X" on Google.
They have Google my Business , but not the website.
3) Can I suggest my domain as their website on their Google my business with the hope they will buy it?

PS: I know some of you might think it's unethical but I just wanted to share this idea with you and understand if it's still ok to do or not.

Use outbound instead. Show them how your domain name tied to their business name gives authenticity with this very example.

I understand it could be unethical, but I think it might be very effective. Much more than regular outbound! So I would like to try it.

Do you think am I breaking any law by doing that?
