CMS for managing domains and landing pages

Hi All,

I want to create a website where I can list my all domains and when ever someone go to the domain address it should show a page for inquiry about domain and contact form.

You may say I'm new to this, but many of you have some website where you have listed your valuable domains and same setup as I mentioned above.

Is there any already built CMS for that specific purpose? Or should I list them on something like domainnamesales.com or any other idea/suggestion?

I cannot use sedo or afternic, they have suspended my account for no reason, yes for no reason and they do not tell me if I ask them.
