Well , I just saw in google they take you 20$ to take off the domain lock when you want to transfer.

Yep, Doteasy is stealing money from people. I went to their 'knowledge base' and there is no article on transferring a domain out of or into doteasy. I was ripped off by Namesco the same way. They charge 12 GBP which is about $18 for transferring out but it is not written anywhere on their website. Namesco is a part of Register.it.

Stay away from this company.. They steal money.. Domains are stuck there you cant transfer out them, they charge you extra $15. They fool people and they behave like this is normal thing.
