Hi what do you guys think of .es domain with a good keyword with commercial value.

I would say, if it's a spanish word, it may be have some value.
If it's a perfect domainhack, in best case an english word (for example: domainpric.es), then also.
Other combinations are difficult.

Not a hack or plural. I don't know if they say "Home Loan" in spanish. It's how we say it in engish.

Not all .es are sold in Spanish.
Example undeveloped is auctioning on estate.nl which is English word a singular and a Europe domain extension.
And a person will apply for home loan and not home loans :p

Its pronounced as laboratorioes which is similar and an English word.
Its a $100 billion industry

2.Flaw.es
I got an offer on the Advocates.es after few days of hand reg but lost the sale due to over inflation of price. I was a newbie then though, haven't really understood very well the terminology in domain industry.
