Looks to be a reseller of BigRock, so IF that is true, you have a bit of a cushion of protection that you can sometimes escalate an issue if it's major

The website has some broken links though. Even the support chat member didnt know about it. Made me wonder if they are still in business!

They were polite though and answered all my questions.
