Google going public

I don't know how many of you have been following the reports that google will be going public in the first half if next year sometime, but I was just wondering what your thoughts were on the subject.

Rumour has it that google will either take the traditional wall street way of going public or go public in a dutch auction. Which would you prefer if you were interested in google stock?

This must be the most anticipated IPO is a long time.

I'm not familiar with dutch auctions in IPO. Are they beneficial to the small investor?

From what I understand they are more beneficial to the small investor and the big traders don't like it because it stops them from making a quick $$ by buying and selling as the stock rises on the first day.
