I am shocked to receive an email from HEXONET, that say beginning May1, 2019, even for a transfer to another Hexonet account, they need Authorization code and we need to pay One Year Renewal charges too. Please read the details below:

Beginning on May 1, 2019, the transferring of domain names internally between HEXONET accounts - from one HEXONET account to another - will be processed and billed as follows:
New gTLDs (aka "nTLD" or "newTLD" like .CLUB, .SHOP, .APP, etc.) - CHANGES
Legacy gTLDs (.COM, .NET, .ORG, etc.) - NO CHANGE
ccTLDs (.DE, .CA, .UK, etc.) - NO CHANGE

- Triggers a one-year renewal of the domain name (extending the expiration date by one year) if processed
- A one-year renewal fee is charged to your account (only if the transfer is successful)
Legacy gTLDs (.COM, .NET, .ORG, etc.) - NO CHANGE
- Transfer requires the authorization code of the respective domain name
- Triggers a one-year renewal of the domain name if processed
- A one-year renewal fee is charged to your account (only if the transfer is successful)
ccTLDs (.DE, .CA, .UK, etc.) - NO CHANGE
- Transfers require the authorization code of the respective domain name
- NO renewal of the domain name is processed
- NO fees - free of charge
