Hello everyone! I bought a domain ending in .com which is one word and 8 letters long, but misspelled in Spanish by only one letter. and that despite being a misspelled word they have 180 million searches a month and of those 11,000 are from the USA. My question is how much it would be worth, especially considering the potential traffic that could lead to a parking page

180 million actual searches per month for just the misspelling? Not Google search results and the searches don't include the correct spelling?

I'm a bit confused too.

Hello! at least in Semrush, putting the misspelled word shows me that it has 180 million searches per month (mostly from Spanish-speaking countries). and the word to give you an idea is that instead of writing "correo" ("correo" is mail in Spanish) they write "crreo", and for what I bought crreo.com

Searching results for a word does not mean the word can be a good website.

I found this on the Semrush blog:
"Pro tip: what PPC specialists need to take into account is that Google keeps modifying the definitions of these match types, making every match type broader. In 2019, exact and phrase match keywords include many more variations than just two years ago. It doesn’t make sense anymore to include misspellings and typos as separate keywords: now they are recognized and included as close variations of the “original” keyword."

So I'm guessing the searches include both the correct and incorrect spellings.

I think you're right, I just used google keyword planner and it's less, even so it comes out that it has between 1M and 10M monthly searches worldwide

Taking this last data into consideration, which really goes from 1M to 10M searches per month, how much do you think it could be worth?

intrinsic value = parking income minus expenses (income tax, renewal fee, etc.) Assign a price multiple if you’re bullish.
