ICANN has sent a breach notice (pdf) to accredited registrar GKG.net.
Officially, the breach notice is for three issues:

1. Failure to implement a transfer due to a UDRP decision
2. Failure to respond to an ICANN request about abuse complaints
3. Past due accreditation fees
