I'm looking to manage a small dev team and build rock solid MVPs for client.

We are 5 people, but our rate is starting around $5000/month for the entire team. Typically and MVP (either web or mobile app) can take 3-6 months to develop. Of course that all depends on what we're building, scope etc. but that's the ballpark.
