question Is 'pending delete' duration changed for .in domains

I have just noticed in last few days that names like GoldWin.in BetterHealth.in, etc. which were expiring yesterday and diz.in which expired few days back according expireddomains.net and there whois updated to 'pendingdelete' status more than 5 days ago but they are still in 'pendingdelete' stage. So is the duration of 'pendingDelete' stage has changed? or is this a expireddomains.net problem?

from what I've noticed, drops have been frozen since the transition to neustar . No idea when regular drops will happen again.
