Where can I sell loan leads? I set up a subscription form on a domain, 30yearfixedinterestrate.com a few month ago, not knowing what to expect, and tonight I checked and had 40 subscribers. I think I could either sell them as leads, or some other arrangement. But how do I get a buyer to set something like that up?

Depends on what state the leads are in. Lenders are licensed by state. Based on that, plus what information you are collecting, you might want to contact local mortgage brokers and see if they are interested. You can get an idea of pricing from other mortgage lead gen sites.

1. Based on the domain, it has to do with mortgage loans. Look for mortgage lenders with an affiliate/reseller program. There are many of them out there.

2. Are these subscriptions to a newsletter? It doesn't sound like leads. Subscriptions are not the same as leads. You should not be selling a customer's data without their consent. If you state on your site that you may sell or share their information and they have consented, then ok.

Can you show me a few? I currently only have one that has short-term loans, like a payday loan setup, but it pays nothing. I could also forward it to the right affiliate.

As for the 2nd one, I only set the subscription system up as a test, that can be scrapped for the right offer.

Depends on how you want to set it up. Some affiliate programs offer a javascript or iframe form you can place on your site. Most just provide links and banners.

Examples: LendingTree, Quickenloans, LightStream.com. I would suggest signing up with an affiliate network like CJ or FlexOffers. You can find a lot of different affiliate programs all in one place.

I already have CJ. I have applied for Lending Tree, but waiting on approval is...
