Looking for Developer for Review Site

I want to build a product review site which allows for expert as well as user reviews. Something like reviews42(.)com, mouthshut.com, cnet.com

Requirements:
1. Allow product listings
2. 3 user types - Administrator, Editor/Expert, User. Normal and facebook registration
3. Allow posting reviews on each product for all 3 user types
4. Multiple categories and sub categories
5. Review scores for multiple criterias like design, functionality, value for money, features etc.
6. Average rating calculated based on all multiple criteria
7. Average rating overall from all users/experts
8. Featured products and reviews
9. Product search with auto suggest
10. Provision for integration of affiliate links
11. Smooth web 2.0 design
