question Need some with domain transfer ( Auth Code is always wrong )

I had a sale for xyz domain on afternic for which I registered on SAV
They asked me for Auth code
I copied it from SAV and submitted it but everytime it says wrong code
Anyone can help ??!

Did you unlock the name first? You need to contact SAV. I have had zero problems transferring out.

Is the name older than 60 days?
