Registerfly's new delete (and get your money back) function

Appearently you can now delete a domain (.com, .net, .info, .org and .biz)
within 4 days and get your money back, if you use Registerfly.
(1$ fee for that after a promo period).

Wouldn´t this open for doing like some registrars did once:
register lots of names, see which ones get traffic within 4 days,
and drop the rest?

Any other registrars with a similar service BTW?

Absolutely. Think of people testing typos! If you know you can get your money back, then don't work so hard on finding typos, just register a bunch and see what sticks.

Well this is a wonderful feature to be offered and I sincerely want atleast Godaddy to intriduce such a feature because I don't use Registerfly!

This is just wonderfult IF really works.

People can register 100s of domain names and list for sale for 3 days and if they won't sell, just delete them.

In fact this promotion has been running since early this year, as they have also promising overall improvements to speed up the navigation, but the months goes by and no new fast loading interface nor the announced reintegration of PayPal as payment method.

Many registrars have this "delete" function just at a cost of $0.25, $0.50, $1 etc..but of course, there are also registrar that can delete your domain but does not refund you any money.

Thats a nice idea but think about the time and money that will be flying around everywhere.
